The advisory services offered by Etihad capital cover multiple sectors including finance, food & beverage, education and manufacturing sectors.
Over the past 10 years, Real Estate Investment Funds “REITs” offered an average annual return rate of 12.2% to retail investors. Since United Arab Emirates is among the top countries offering attractive rental yields and REITs are easily listed on ADX and DFM, NAEEM has decided to construct a REIT with an initial size of AED 800Mn targeting an 8% yield.
