Ahmed El Suwiadi

Ahmed is an experienced professional in the real estate industry assigned to plan, develop and execute the strategies to manage diversified communities located across Dubai with over 20,000 Units. In addition to providing wide range of property services solutions for third parties and adapting the best practices to serve landlords and tenants, Ahmed was Vice President and Managing Director for Deyaar Property Management as well as Chief of Business Development prior to that.

Ahmed is currently Executive Director Community and Property Services for Dubai Asset Management. He was a board member in Commercial Bank International (CBI) in 2018 and currently sits on the board of Etihad Capital. He received his MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University – UK and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al Ghurair University.
